Information Collection

What We Access

Notification Content: The App reads notifications from other apps on your device using Android's NotificationListenerService. This includes sender names, message previews, app names, and timestamps.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, upload, or transmit any notification content to any server
We do not collect personal information, email addresses, phone numbers, or account details
We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
We do not collect device identifiers or location data

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device only:

Notification history — local SQLite database
Statistics (daily counts, response times) — local storage
Settings and preferences — Android DataStore
VIP contact markings — local storage
No cloud storage, no remote servers, no data sync

Data Retention

Notification entries are kept until dismissed or the app is uninstalled
Statistical data is automatically cleaned up after 30 days
Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all stored data

Permissions

Permission	Purpose
Notification Access	Read notifications from other apps to display them in NotifyHub
Foreground Service	Keep the notification listener running in the background
Post Notifications	Send reminder notifications for overdue messages
Billing	Process in-app purchases through Google Play

In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time "Pro" upgrade through Google Play. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not process or store any payment information.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Play Billing for in-app purchases, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. No other third-party services are used.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
