01 What Phoenix Funding is
Phoenix Funding is a desktop application that you install and run on your own Windows computer. It connects to your own Bitfinex account using an API key that you create, and it places and manages funding offers according to settings that you choose.
What is sold is software and a licence key. Nothing else.
02 What it is not
- It is not a wallet, a broker, a custodian, or an exchange.
- It is not a managed service. Nobody operates it on your behalf.
- It is not a fund, a pool, or a profit-sharing arrangement.
- It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
We never receive, hold, route, or have access to your funds at any point.
03 You are the operator
The software runs on your hardware, under your account, with your keys. Every decision it acts on is a setting you chose. You decide whether to start, how much to commit, and when to stop.
All funding and lending decisions, and the risk that comes with them, are yours and remain yours. Market rates, borrowing demand, counterparty behaviour, and exchange availability are outside our control and outside the software's control.
04 Your API key
You create your own Bitfinex API key. Create it with funding permission only and no withdrawal permission. With withdrawal permission switched off, the software has no technical ability to move your money off the exchange.
Your key is stored encrypted on your own computer. It is not transmitted to us, and we have no way to read it.
05 No affiliation with any exchange
Phoenix Funding is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Bitfinex, Binance, BitoPro, or any other exchange. Exchange names are used only to describe compatibility.
06 Referral links
Some pages and posts include referral links to exchanges. If you sign up through one, you receive a fee rebate and so do we — the benefit runs both ways.
You are equally welcome to sign up directly at any exchange. It makes no difference to how Phoenix Funding works for you, and it is not a condition of purchase or support.
07 Licence
Phoenix Funding is a one-time purchase for your own personal use. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
The application checks your licence over the internet from time to time. If your computer cannot reach the internet, it keeps working for 14 days and warns you well before that runs out. If your licence becomes invalid, the software stops placing new offers; it does not cancel, alter, or interfere with anything already on the exchange.
08 Refunds and support
Covered by a 30-day money back guarantee. If it does not work for you, email and you will be refunded.
Support is provided by email by the person who wrote it.
09 Software provided as is
The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, or any loss arising from your use of the software, from exchange downtime or API changes, or from your own configuration choices.
Cryptocurrency lending carries risk, including the risk of loss. Nothing here reduces that risk.

01 Phoenix Funding 是什麼
Phoenix Funding 是一套安裝在你自己 Windows 電腦上執行的桌面軟體。它用你自己申請的 API 金鑰連上你自己的 Bitfinex 帳戶，依照你設定的條件掛出並管理放貸單。
販售的內容是軟體與授權碼，沒有其他。
02 它不是什麼
- 不是錢包、券商、託管機構或交易所。
- 不是代操服務，沒有任何人替你操作。
- 不是基金、資金池或分潤安排。
- 不是投資、財務、法律或稅務建議。
我們在任何環節都不會收取、保管、經手或接觸到你的資金。
03 操作者是你
軟體跑在你的電腦、你的帳戶、你的金鑰上。它執行的每一個判斷，都來自你設定的條件。要不要開始、投入多少、什麼時候停止，都由你決定。
所有放貸決策與隨之而來的風險，都由你自己承擔。市場利率、借貸需求、對手方行為與交易所是否正常運作，都不在我們的控制範圍，也不在軟體的控制範圍。
04 你的 API 金鑰
API 金鑰由你自己申請。申請時只勾放貸權限，不要勾提領權限。只要提領權限沒有開啟，軟體在技術上就沒有辦法把你的錢搬離交易所。
你的金鑰加密儲存在你自己的電腦，不會傳送給我們，我們也沒有任何方式可以讀取它。
05 與交易所無任何關聯
Phoenix Funding 是獨立工具，與 Bitfinex、Binance、BitoPro 或任何其他交易所沒有合作、代言、贊助或關聯關係。提及交易所名稱僅為說明相容性。
06 推薦連結揭露
部分頁面與貼文含有交易所的推薦連結。若你透過推薦連結註冊，你會拿到手續費回饋，我們也會拿到回饋，雙方都有。
你同樣可以直接到各交易所官網註冊。這不影響 Phoenix Funding 對你的運作方式，也不是購買或取得支援的條件。
07 授權
Phoenix Funding 為一次性買斷、供你個人自用，沒有訂閱、沒有續扣。
軟體會不定期上網確認授權。若你的電腦連不上網，它會繼續運作 14 天，並在期限到之前就先提醒你。若授權失效，軟體會停止掛出新的放貸單；它不會取消、修改或干預任何已經在交易所上的部位。
08 退款與支援
提供 30 天退款保證。用不起來的話來信，全額退款。
支援由開發者本人以電子郵件提供。
09 軟體以現況提供
本軟體以現況提供，不附帶任何形式的保證。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對利潤損失、機會損失，或因你使用本軟體、交易所停機或 API 變更、你自身的設定選擇所導致的任何損失負責。
加密貨幣放貸本身帶有風險，包含損失本金的風險。本頁任何內容都不會降低該風險。
